Many of our team have used a transcription service for the past couple of years because they allow us to give clients our full attention without worrying about whether we’re taking all the relevant notes.

The summary feature is a more recent addition, and has the potential to revolutionise the amount of time needed when analysing and summarising notes. It also provides insight into the most common themes throughout the conversation, which may differ from your own recollection.
